Warranty

We are confident that our installations will be of top quality and will surpass expectations. However in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied we offer a hassle-free solution. If within 30 days we will remove the camera(s) and provide a full refund. If past 30 days but within 1 Year we will come out to you to attempt to fix any problems at no cost to you, if it cannot be fixed we will remove the camera(s) at no cost to you.

Viofo Warranty

Viofo will encourage you to contact them first via Viofo.com support page and to raise a ticket with them to see if they can help resolve the issue via communication. If they suspect a hardware fault, they will organise a faulty exchange.

You will have an 18 month warranty on Viofo Cameras, which can be extended to 24 months if you register the camera for extended warranty on their website.

Viofo accessories come with 12 months warranty flat.

SERVICE ONLY (Except VIOFO)

Please note that we only provide installations and any problem that is product related must be taken up with the manufacturer (Except Viofo cameras provided by us). We can attempt to help or provide advice but if it is a product fault that's as far as we can go.

Is Herts Dash Cam Fits insured?

Yes we are fully insured, Public Liability and Public Indemnity. In the event anything goes wrong we will be able to arrange a solution to rectify any incident, damage etc.

Examples of Problems typically covered under our installation warranty;

Cables coming loose

Trim related to the fit coming loose

Car Battery problems due to incorrect settings / installation products used.

Camera adhesion stickers needing replacing due to incorrect initial appliance.

Examples of Problems not covered under our installation warranty;

Product overheating

Product stopped recording

Product not saving clips correctly

Product not recording all the time

Product not connecting to phone

Product battery swelling

Product video quality deterioration

Tried to fix it yourself before warranty check or car had other problems?

Please note that if you have tried to fix a problem yourself and it has been made more complicated by doing so, we cannot provide our full warranty. Also if it is confirmed that the car has had issues that can cause problems to the camera or installation of the camera, for example an already dying car battery then we cannot provide our full warranty but will do our best within reason.
